


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size or design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you must contact us first. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
